Welcome!

Welcome to the AlannaWongLife Website!

I am so glad you are here and have found this site. I hope you will find value, support, hope, and compassion here. I want you to leave this site feeling better than when you came. Translation?

I’m here to help you not feel so alone!

There are nearly 1 in 2 Americans living with Chronic Illness. That is approximately 133 million people that battle with a life-altering or life-threatening condition in the United States. We can’t ignore the fact that there is a rising level of people living with a chronic condition around the globe. My goal is to lift you up when you are feeling down, brighten your day when things are dark, and know that you are never alone! Stay Strong…You Belong!

Why I created this site: I created this site in hopes that those struggling or living with a chronic illness won’t feel so alone, will find connections, and will find tips/value to help improve the quality of their life! I had the unfortunate fate of acquiring a rare neurological condition during adolescence. And even though Kleine-Levin Syndrome is undesirable, I went public with my illness in order to help others. One thing that helped give me strength and brighten my days was receiving kind messages and cards from others! I have something for you, so keep on reading.

Offering Compassion: We all know the good feeling we get when we receive a kind card or letter in the mail. Receiving a card in the mail can put a smile on your face no matter how you’re feeling. Experiencing just that one smile can make a big difference in your day!

Sending Compassion: I would like to join you in your journey by sending you a USPS First Class, Stamped and Delivered, Get Well/Encouragement Card. If you would like to receive a FREE Get Well/Encouragement Card, please fill out the form by clicking here.

I look forward to building a relationship with you and getting to know you better! If you haven’t already signed up for my blog posts, you can do so here. Sending warm wishes and hugs your way!

With Love,

Alanna Wong
