“Yoga Sweat Yoga DVD for Weight Loss with Julie Schoen”

The title says it all! You get a great workout and you sure do sweat in this 80 minute video! I love this yoga DVD! I pop it in on my computer and put it near my mat so if I need to pause to go a little slower, I can. I pause it when I need a break and go back to it when I get another boost of energy! It’s nice to have a yoga DVD because I can go at my own pace and do it in the comfort of my own home while burning calories! This was just the yoga DVD I was looking for! I love the lady’s voice and the background music makes me feel like I am at a retreat! I’m so happy I have this DVD so that I can get a good workout in at my own home! Thank you Julie Schoen! If there’s one accessory I can’t have enough of, it is headbands! Headbands are my go to hair item when I’m working out, going out to dinner, going to an event, etc. Translation? Yoga is good for the mind and body. I have been looking for a yoga towel to put over my yoga mat. Good thing I came across Youphoria Yoga Company because I received one of their yoga towels in the mail to put over their awesome yoga mats! This is just the yoga towel & mat I was looking for! I absolutely LOVE the towel. It absorbs the sweat very well and it is not slippery. I love that it’s washable and keeps my mat underneath it clean. I am so happy with this product. I would definitely recommend it. I LOVE how durable the mat is! It has a perfect thickness to it! When I came across the Eco-Friendly Three Layer Bamboo Cutting Board Set I knew I had to try it out! I absolutely love the bamboo cutting board set I received! The three piece set is beautiful. I love the wood grain and the different sizes are perfect! I have been using these to cut veggies, fruit, and sandwiches.  These boards are just what I was looking for! They clean and dry easily! Environment: Create a physical environment that promotes safety and reduces fear. The goal is to promote feelings of security and belonging for the KLSer. Try to keep the environment very quiet with minimal stimulation. Some ideas for the caregivers are to: 1) put your phones on silent. 2) Draw the blinds so that it is not bright in the room. 3) Watch television with closed captioning so that there is no noise. 4) Let the KLSer sleep.
